Venkat (Adivi Sesh), Vijju (Madhu Nandan) are protégés of Kattam Raju (Prabhakar). The three goons manage to kidnap actress Shruthi (Manchu Lakshmi) and decide to hide her in an apartment owned by vijju’s boss, Brahmi (Brahmanandam). Brahmi lives in the U.S.A, but much to the kidnappers' surprise, arrives as a private detective to solve the kidnapping case. Chaos ensues when Brahmi realizes that Shruthi has been kept at his own house. The kidnappers join under him as his servants and after a small comedy scenes....the trio keep travelling until the main villain(kattam raju)stopped them and a fight ensues...after that shruti says that she told venkat-adivisesh to kidnap her as she saw her stepmom made a contract with kattamraju to kidnap her daughter...it is then revealed in flash back that sruthi is an orphan and venkat is her best friend.

Ram (Shaam) and Lakshman aka Lucky (Allu Arjun) are brothers and are polar opposites in nature. The film focusses on a family living in Hyderabad whose head is Ram Murthy (Nagineedu), a retired head master. He is a disciplined person and always tries to make his relatives behave in the same way. To avoid bad remarks from the society about his family, he sets up a family constitution of discipline. His mania for discipline is such big that if any one of his family members commit 100 Mistakes, that person would be banished from the family and that mistake can be anything which Ram Murthy hates which ironically includes laughing out loudly. Thus all of the family members maintain a disciplinary life to avoid being banished from the house. In detail, the family consists of Ram Murthy's wife Seetha, an Asthma patient; his daughter Kasthuri, his son in law Anand and their kids. Apart from them are Ram Murthy's two sons Brahmaji (Brahmaji) and Sundeep (Sundeep Kishan). Since Ram Murthy's brother Subrahmanyam (Prithviraj) was alleged to be committed 100 Mistakes though he didn't, he is sent away from home. While all of the family members commit mistakes less than 20, Sundeep commits 99 Mistakes and one more, he is out of the family. So to avoid that Sundeep starts leading a careful life. Brahmaji's marriage is scheduled at Tirupathi and the whole family boards Venkatadri Express at Kacheguda. Sundeep's mother forgot the Mangala sutra at the house and Sundeep goes away to bring it back. Moreover to his convenience, Sundeep is in S4 while others are in S3. So Sundeep goes outside the station and waits for an Auto-Rickshaw, But none accepts to go to his area. Meanwhile a miser techie Prarthana (Rakul Preet Singh) reaches Kachiguda railway station to board the Venkatadri Express and the Auto-Rickshaw driver goes to bring the change in order to pay her off the balance amount after receiving the fare. Sundeep gets into the vehicle and goes to his home. He breaks the house's lock with a stone as he has no keys to open it. He takes the Mangala sutra and goes back to Kacheguda Railway Station. Prarthana catches yet another auto and reaches to the station. There she pays off the fares of both the vehicles and goes to board the train.

This movie starts off with the assassination of Sanjeevayya (Suman), the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and the subsequent turmoil in the organization of the state government. The last wish of Sanjeevayya is for his son, Arjun Prasad (Rana Daggubati), to become the next Chief Minister. However, Arjun's cousin Dhanunjay (Subbaraju) has his own dreams of becoming the Chief Minister. Arjun is approached by Ali (Harsha Vardhan) who has given 10 Crores to Sanjeevayya to resolve a land dispute in Ali's favour. Ali pleads Arjun to remind his father about the cash, once he is out of coma, as he has given his entire savings to resolve the issue. Ali also requests Arjun not to disclose it to anyone as he doesn't trust anyone. Arjun speaks to Dhanunjay about Ali but Arjun is somehow convinced that Ali's money would be returned. After Sanjeevayya's death a number of people approach Arjun, saying that his father has given them a huge sum of money and it's their duty to return it to Arjun. Arjun doesn't seem to be too interested until he talks to his mother, Rajeshwari (Suhasini Maniratnam). Arjun's mother tells him that the people who approached him are all corrupted ones, who have looted public's money and also reveals that his father is one among them. Arjun is shocked upon hearing this but his mother tells him that his father wanted to build a corrupt free state and also abolish the caste system but his Peddaina (Sanjeevayya's elder brother) (Kota Srinivasa Rao) doesn't approve of his plans and his only aim was to rule the state along with the family members. Arjun reads his father's diary and finds out how his Pedainna set their whole village on fire due to a small clash with the dalits. His father has also mentioned that only Arjun can make a difference.
