At the end Natasha and Desh realise their mistake of thinking their beloved partners love them and allow Rajesh and Tara to unite.

The scientist had stored a secret code in a stuffed toy, a parrot, now being sought by Mehboob, and he had been able to hide the toy in Tanya's car before being killed. Unawares, Tanya leaves the toy at home before fleeing the country, and the toy is later picked up by Karan, who himself is not aware of Tanya's predicament.

The story revolves round a con man Sanju (Sanjay Dutt) who has a kind heart. He gets into a fight with Jogia Seth (Paresh Rawal), a smuggler whom he owes Rs. 50 lakhs. Dhananjay Mane (Ashok Saraf) is a street-smart salesperson in a cosmetic store owned by Madhuri (Ashwini Bhave) in Pune. He lives as a tenant of a stingy landlord Vishwas Sarpotdar (Sudhir Joshi). He is soon joined by his younger brother Shantanu (Siddharth Ray) who is a Medical student. Though prohibited by the landlord, Dhananjay and Shantanu allow their friends Parshuram (Laxmikant Berde) and Sudhir (Sachin Pilgaonkar), who have come to Pune in search of jobs, to secretly live with them. One night, Dhananjay, Parshuram and Sudhir insult their landlord while drunk and are taken away by Shantanu, who arrives at the scene a little too late.
