Unnai Solli Kutramillai is a 1990 Action-Drama Tamil film, directed by Ameerjan, starring Karthik and Sithara in lead roles. The film, produced by Rajam Balanchandar and Pushpa Kandaswamy had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja and was released on 17 March 1990.
Karate expert Shihan Hussaini done the main villain role.
Synopsis
Balu (Karthik) is a graduate youth, came from his village to town, who want to become rich. He works as a police informer and fall in love with Janaki (Sithara), the daughter of Inspector Veerapandian. Veerapandian asks Balu to watch closely his daughter if she had a boyfriend. In the same time, Veerapandian's ennemy Kumar (Nassar) tries to kidnap her daughter, they fail due to his opposition. Balu finds an illegal drug trade and his house's owner was sent in jail, then his all family commits suicide. Veerapandian is promoted as assistant commissioner and Balu resigns his job. One day, Veerapandian finds Balu in a crime scene and asks him to say who's the killer but he refuses. Even beaten, he says nothing and he cannot find a job. Baby is killed and Balu decides to steal the money from criminals. Balu becomes rich and Kumar falls in love with Balu's sister Parvathi. Balu was later arrested by Veerapandian and Kumar refuses to save him, his sister realises that she has been cheated by Kumar and Kumar kills her. Janaki tells that the culprit is Darmaraj and Veerapandian releases him. Balu kills Kumar and Darmaraj to revenge his sister death.Acteurs

Aravind, a youngster who was transferred for a job, falls in love with Gayatri. Despite their parents' refusal, they marry and have a girl ( Shamili) but Gayatri dies when the baby is about 2 years. Venu (Karthik) and his friend Mukka (Charle) work at the graveyard. Venu has a mother (Vadivukkarasi) and a sister called Sindhamani, a studious student. Balu (Rajinikanth), an absent minded lecturer in a college, and Sumathi (Suhasini) love each other and plan to marry soon. Balu lives with his younger brother, Raju (Prabhu), and Raju already calls Sumathi "Anni". Raju is a bad student and somewhat a rowdy, spoiled by Balu and Sumathi's pamperings. Raju keeps getting into fights with a fellow student (Nassar) and as a result keeps getting into trouble. When Balu comes to help Raju during one of those fights he is killed by Nassar. Sumathi goes into a trance, dons the garb of a widow and does not plan to marry again. Both Raju and Sumathi move to Bangalore. Then one day a look-alike of Balu, named Shankar (Rajinikanth) enters Sumathi and Raju's life. Guilt-ridden Raju thinks that he has gotten his brother back, and tries to make amends by hiring Shankar, not knowing that Shankar is a wanted criminal, and is looking for an escape route from the authorities. But the electric attraction between Shankar and Sumathi eventually wins Shankar over from his past evil ways. Nevertheless, Shankar can not so easily escape his past. Sumathi is kidnapped in order to force Shankar to aid a kingpin (Captain Raju) by using an international car rally championship as cover to smuggle diamonds. With Raju's help, of course, good prevails over evil and symbolically, Shanker is wounded protecting Sumathi and as they role free of the shooting and explosions and come to rest, it is seen that Sumathi's forehead has been marked crimson by the blood of her soul mate. Raju has learnt a heart-crushing lesson in the dangers or excess and frivolity but in the end, there is hope and greater wisdom. In the midst of all this, he also falls in love with and marries Kushboo.

The film is a story about the love of two teenagers of different classes – Raja (Prashanth) who is settled in America,the grand son of a rich business woman (Bhanumathi), comes to the Fisherman Village in India to see his grand mother. Chembaruthi (Roja) sister of a poor fisherman Pandy (Radha Ravi) who works in Bhanumathi house & the couple first see each other during Raja's birthday party & it is love at first sight for Raja. They meet often & their love grows leaps & bounds. The Grandmother wants Raja to marry the daughter ( Pinky- debutant Adeen Khan), of a rich Sea Food Exporter Murugan (Nasser). At the party they announce their interest of Raja with Pinky. Raaj realises that his relationship with the daughter of a poor fisherman is not taken kindly by his eccentric Grand Mother & when she comes to know Raja's love with Chemaruthi, she accuses Pandy, of using his sister's beauty & charm to trap Raja for his money. She even offers Pandy cash to have Chembaruthi stop seeing Raja. Pandy feels highly humiliated by this accusation & reciprocates by insulting Bhanumathi. Their talk enters a deadlock & spells doom for Raja & Chembaruthi's tender love. Bhanumathi engages Raja to the daughter of Murugan in order to establish business ties with her rich father. Murugan also engages his sister to another fisherman Kumar (Mansoor Ali Khan) But Raj & Chembaruthi run away from home. Bhanumathi announces a reward for anyone who can help find her grandson. Murugan decides that he wants the money. He & his goons find the lovers, kidnap & lock them up in a Boat. Raja. fights his life out for Chembaruthi & save her from being drowned in the sea. Bhanumathi realize that their love is very strong & doesn't want to stand in the way of their happiness. She & Pandy accept their love & give their blessings to the union.
