Ramu (Venkatesh) leads a carefree life, living along with his widowed mother in a village. He was in love with Usha (Rambha), daughter of Dharmaiah (Gollapudi Maruti Rao), village president. He often involves in petty quarrels with Bujjulu (Ali), son of Kobbarikayala Subbaiah who happens to be brother-in-law of Dharmaiah. Subbaiah was a land lord and a moneylender who often torments villagers for money and domination. He wants to marry Usha to his son to ensure power over entire village. But Ramu always comes in between and he decides to get rid of him by involving him in a thievery case. But Ramu manages to prove the truth and sends Subbaiah to jail.

Lord Vishnu (Suman) listens to requests from his consort Lakshmi (Bhanupriya) that there weren't many people singing songs in praise of the Lord in Telugu language. Chiranjeevi plays the dual roles of a Mumbai-based auto driver, Johnny, and an industrialist, Kalyan, who because he was interfering with the plans of the villains, led by Kota Srinivasa Rao, is first temporarily replaced by Johnny, and then framed for the murder of Kalyan's trusted employee, J. V. Somayajulu. Johnny realizes that he ruined the life of a good man and joins forces with Kalyan. They pretend to be each other, in order to save Kalyan. After the villains prove in court that Kalyan was the killer by replacing the rod of the murder weapon with one that has his finger prints on it, Johnny captures the villains and saves Kalyan.

Misro (Charan Raj) is a dacoit SP Chakravarthy (Sarath Babu) arrests him. Misro wounds himself and is taken to hospital for cure, where Chakravarthy is waiting for his wife Geeta (Sangeetha) who is on labor and she gives birth to twins and the doctor says that both children have reflection mentality, that means "if it pains to one other also hurts" depending on distance. Misro escapes and takes one of the twins with him, hurting Geeta. Chakravarthy goes behind him, but he could not find the child but shoots Misro. The child was taken by a lady who works as a daily labor with her husband. They have a daughter and one day in an accident at construction place were killed. The two children become orphans and they grew up, but the brother Deva (Nagarjuna) with his friend Kaasi another orphan (Brahmanandam) become thieves for earning. On the other hand, Geetha goes into coma and Chakravarthy takes her to America for the cure, where another twin Ravi Varma (also Nagarjuna) is brought up. He returns India as a rock start to give performances here. He is received by Giribabu (Chakravarthy's friend) who wishes to give his daughter Manga (Ramya Krishna) to him. But Ramya is in love with Deva. In the airport, he sees Ooha (Soundarya) daughter of Akkamanba (Annapurna) who is organizing his public performances and falls in love with her. Simhachalam (Srihari) who is Akkamanba's brother also wishes to marry Ooha. Meanwhile at home Manga advances with him thinking he is Deva only. One day in a restaurant they see each other and find that they are identical which leads to hilarious misunderstandings.
