Phool Khile Hain Gulshan Gulshan is a 1978 Hindi movie produced by Surinder Kapoor and directed by Sikandar Khanna. The film stars Rishi Kapoor, Moushumi Chatterjee, Mithun Chakravorty, Ashok Kumar, Asrani, Amjad Khan, Helen, Paintal, Ranjeet and Asit Sen. The soundtrack is by Laxmikant Pyarelal.

Mili (Jaya Bhaduri) is a story about a girl who suffers from pernicious anemia, a disease considered untreatable during the period the film was produced.
