While traveling through Texas (in the vicinity of where several bodies have been uncovered) five friends become lost, with their van running low on gas. When one of the group, Christine, goes out to urinate, two of the others pass the time by having sex in the back of the vehicle. After Christine returns, the quintet pick up a hitchhiker in the hope that he can give them directions, but once inside the van the man attacks them with a knife, stabbing two members of the group to death while the others flee. Vanessa reaches a farmhouse, but while searching for aid she is captured by Leatherface, who ties her to a chair, and gags her.

For their vacation, Ash, his wife Linda, their friend Scotty, and his wife Shelly travel to an apparently abandoned cabin in the woods. In the cabin, the quartet finds a recorder, audio reels, and an old book. Scotty plays one of the reels, which were made by the cabin's owners, Professor Raymond Knowby, and his wife Henrietta. The reel reveals the professor and his wife were working on translating the book, a seemingly demonic sex guide known as the Necronomicum Ex-Mortis. While reciting a mantra he found in the Necronomicum, Knowby seemingly went insane, laughing maniacally as he repeated the words over and over again, summoning an evil force that shatters one of the cabin's windows.

Un jeune homme, Otto, erre dans les champs. Pris en stop par un couple âgé, il arrive en ville. Convaincu d'être un mort-vivant, il croise un jeune homme qui aime la mode des zombies. Shown almost entirely though a stationary camera and a handheld one, the film has a woman named Kana and a man named Kiku being hired to star in an amateur porno being made by two men. As the porn shoot progresses, it incorporates elements of BDSM, such as breast bondage, multiple penetration with dildoes, wax play, flagellation, and an enema.
