This is was the second collaboration between Venkatesh, Simran and director Uday Shankar after Kalisundam Raa but couldn't repeat the latter's success.
Synopsis
Chandu (Venky) and Vijay (Suresh) are brothers. They belong to a wealthy family where the elder brother Vijay is responsible and take care of the business. The younger one Chandu is a spoilt brat and a womanizer.Acteurs

Malliswari (Katrina Kaif) is the heiress of Raja of Mirzapur (M. Balaiah). Her deceased father wrote in his will that she would inherit the property worth 750 crores after she becomes major at the age of 21. The entire property is under the ca re-taking of Bhavani Shankar (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who wants to inherit the entire property by killing her. As he hatches the plans to eliminate Malliswari, she is sent to Visakhapatnam to a relative's place as a normal girl so that she can live with anonymity. Prasad (Venkatesh) works as bank accountant in Andhra Bank there. He is a bachelor who has been desperately seeking for marriage alliance for the past seven years. He would be looking at every unmarried girl with dreams in his eyes. He accidentally meets Malliswari and falls deeply in love with her. Malliswari is traced by the goons there and they start running after her. Prasad escorts her and drops her safely in Hyderabad. The rest of the story describes what happens next and the eventual conclusion of the plot.

Sriram (Venkatesh) and Seeta (Soundarya) have no children even after three years of marriage life. Sriram comes to know through the doctor that his wife cannot bear children, he is not willing to hurt his wife's feelings, he takes the blame on himself. Sriram's father (Kota Srinivasa Rao) is very fond of children so he always blackmails Sriram to make the second marriage. While on a business tour to Nepal, he marries a Nepali girl Manisha (Vineetha) under some unavoidable circumstances. When he comes to know that she is carrying his child, Sriram arranges for her stay at his friend Giri's (Brahmanandam) house. Manisha delivers a boy and Sriram adopts him with his wife's consent who is not aware of the truth. After some years Sriram's father comes to know truth through Giri, he wants Sriram to get back Manisha and make a clean of things to Seeta. But Sriram who is apprehensive of his Seeta's reaction begs his father to keep the whole affair under wraps and he brings Manisha as a cook to his house. The story takes a turn to climax when Seeta is not happy with the goings on in the kitchen, she tries to get Manisha married off to someone else, then Sriram reveals the secret, Seeta also understands situations and circumstances and she happily welcomes Manisha into their lives. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note of two wives live happily with one husband.

Venkata Ramana (Daggubati Venkatesh) a.k.a Venky is a ventriloquist. An astrologer (M. S. Narayana) predicts that if he does not get married in one year, he will be a single man forever. He goes to Paris to show his talent to the company of Paris Prasad (Brahmanandam). Paris Prasad fools everyone and he was given a loan from a bank. But he has not repaid the loan to the bank. Venky befriends Sheikh Raj (Ali). Venky also falls in love with Pooja (Trisha Krishnan), the niece of Paris Prasad. Pooja has no feelings for Venky, but Paris Prasad tells Venky that Pooja too loves him and fools him. Slowly Pooja and Venky become friends. Pooja goes back to India and finds that her marriage has been arranged with Bhadrappa (Subbaraju), the son of her uncle, Changala Rayudu (Mukesh Rishi). Venky asks Paris Prasad for help. Prasad comes with Venky to save Pooja by telling him that Pooja loves him and wants to break the marriage. But Pooja loves an NRI named Rahul. There Venky introduces himself to everyone as Pranit and makes fools of them by giving the partnership of his factory's benefit. One day when Venky with Prasad and Pooja runs away, Bhaddrapa's uncle (Jaya Prakash Reddy) comes to know everything. He tells everyone this. Then Venky goes to his village along with Prasad, Rahul and Pooja. He introduces his family, his uncles, Narayana (Chandra Mohan) and Malesh Yadav (Kota Srinivasa Rao). After that Bhaddrapa's grandfather hatches a plan in which Venky will come with Pooja and they will kill him. But Venky ends up coming with his full family, so they could not kill him. But after coming here, Venky comes to know that Pooja loves Rahul. When Pooja's uncle attacks them, Venky saves everybody. Pooja realizes she loves Venky. Paris Prasad also realizes his mistake and gets Venky and Pooja married. After the marriage, Prasad asks Venky to give him money with which he can repay the bank loan. But Venky laughs after hearing this.

The film talks about two friends Vasanth (Prashanth) and Shankar (Karan) from the same college.. They start out as enemies and then become best friends. Vasanth loves Priya (Simran) without knowing she is Shankar’s sister, which he comes to know later. When Shankar tells Vasanth about his past, that his other sister eloped with one of his best friend (Vignesh). Harischandra Prasad (Venkatesh) the arbitrator and most respected person in a village and sees through that all the people lives happily, he has strong enmity Singaraju Lingaraju (Anand Raj) opponent to him in village. Harichandra Prasad has a big family his wife Vasudhana (Radhika), three sons, one daughter, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. Kannan (Prashanth), a young music shop employee dreams of his dreamgirl with gold anklets. He sees a running girl's leg and finds he has found his girl and follows her with his anklets. Kannan goes to a music college to repair musical instruments and a group of college girls led by Gayatri (Simran) the girl which Kannan found as his dreamgirl approach him to request him to not to repair the instruments all they are very old and unfit to use for the music contest. Kannan uses the opportunity to become close to her but Gayathri does not reciprocate. Instead, she gets angry on his behaviour. Kannan accompanies Gayathri to Bangalore for the music contest. Gayathri once sees Kannan getting money from one of the musical bands who has come to participate in the contest. On the day of the contest Gayathri and her team are shocked that the song which they have composed was stolen by other troop and she misunderstands that Kannan has stolen and sold their work for money despite Kannan's protest that he is innocent. Kannan lends the love poems which he had written for her to sing for the contest. Gayathri gets the song and sings which wins her the prize. Gayathri understands that Kannan has no role in the stealing of the song and he got money from the troop for fixing their repaired musical instruments. Gayathri now realised her blunder for hurting him and rushes to apologize and accept his love. Kannan gets news that his father was injured and rushes to his home.
