Game (Telugu: గేమ్) is a Telugu film that released on 5 August 2006 and was directed by Ram Prasad. It stars Mohan Babu and Vishnu Manchu in lead roles with Shobana, Parvati Melton, Sumalatha and Giri Babu in supporting roles. The film's background score and soundtrack were composed by new age music composer, Joshua Sridhar. The soundtrack for the movie was released on 27 July 2006. The movie is based on Hollywood Movie Changing Lanes which was remade in three Indian languages, Taxi No. 9211 (2006) in Hindi, TN-07 AL 4777 (2009) in Tamil and this movie itself in Telugu. Unlike the previous versions, Game received negative reviews and failed at the box-office.

The story is set in Karnataka and Goa. Dr. Rohini Pranab (Shobhana), a cardiac surgeon, who gives shelter to destitute girls, is the target of a group of criminals indulging in illegal human trafficking. The girls from her home are taken away by a gang, who also kidnaps the sister of a youth named Naveen (Dhyan Sreenivasan), right in front of his eyes. Now the two are doing all that they can do to trace the criminals along with Rohini's friends who later face some hardships. Both of them at last identify the secret place where the trafficked girls are kept and release them with the wise advice from Rohini and action from Naveen.

Latha (Rekha), daughter of Menon (K. P. Ummer), a rich businessman gets a threatening call from Raji (Ragini)demanding Rs 5 lakhs not to reveal a deadly secret about her father. Vishwanathan (Jayaram), an innocent young man in Kochi for a job interview is mistaken by many for a hardcore criminal and is arrested by police. His similarity to the criminal is so accurate that even cops mistakes him to a local criminal. Luckily, George Kutty (Mukesh), the police inspector, happens to be the classmate of Vishwanathan, and gets him released. George Kutty explains Vishwanathan about the crimes done by the criminal, whose real name and background is a mystery even for police. Looking just the same as Vishwanathan, he has several criminal cases pending against him and is on run. Vishwanathan, joins a job in city and falls in love with his co-worker Ambili (Shobhana). Mohandas, his MD in the company one day has a visitor in his office, who again mistakes VIshwanathan for the criminal, which ends in losing his job. The problems faced by Vishwanathan continues, including the breaking down of a marriage proposal for his sister. Vishwanathn thus loses hope in life and decides to take revenge against the criminal. He imposters himself as the criminal and extorts money there by inviting ire of the criminal. Vishwanthan is thus chased by the criminal. In a bitter fight, the criminal is accidentally stabbed to death by one of his accomplices. But his body is mistaken to be of Vishwanathan's as a bag containing educational certificates and bank passbook was lying near the body. Vishwanathan on reaching home witnesses his family performing last rites. That night, Vishwanathan appears in front of his father and explains him the reality. His father consoles Vishwanathan and tries to take him inside the house. Vishwanathan refuses to go with him and decides to live as the criminal for the rest of his life as a sweet revenge for ruining his life.

Dr Sunny is a psychiatrist who is engaged to his girlfriend Annie. One day a girl named Reshma is admitted to Sunny's hospital by her brother Roy, who is a close friend of Sunny. Gradually Sunny finds out that she was traumatized after witnessing her boyfriend getting beaten to death by some of his colleagues. The film opens in a street in Hyderabad in a night with Krishna (Vishnu Manchu) saving Sirisha (Shanvi Srivastava) from some eve teasers and accompanying her to the hostel she stays. In the journey, they both come to know that they hail from Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. When Sirisha asks Krishna about the details of his father, the scene shifts to the native place of Krishna where his father, a don fondly called as Anna (Mohan Babu) and as Annagaru with respect punishing a teacher named Sankar Rao for harassing his pregnant wife for dowry on the complaint of the woman's father Rama Rao. Anna is a sexagenarian man who always thinks about the welfare of the people of Rayalaseema and they too revere him equal to god. Anna is a very powerful and influential don who also controls the political affairs of that region. His friend Ananda Rao (Paruchuri Gopala Krishna), a ruling party politician, is his close friend and he and the party extends their full support to Anna to stop the Nandavaram project whose happening would destroy 34 villages completely. On the other hand, a group of influential people working under a mysterious man try to make the project to earn crores. The group consists of KR, Vedantham Murthy aka Vedam (Tanikella Bharani), Chandi (Jeeva) and Seshagiri who is fond of cakes.
