Synopsis
The film is the story of Govind Narang (Sunil Shetty), an honest and chivalrous man from a small village in Punjab. He falls in love with Sudha (Sushmita Sen), but marries Masterji's daughter, Pushpa (Suman Ranganathan), to save her from public ridicule. Pushpa was impregnated by a police officer who refuses to marry her. She does not love Govind and hates Sudha with a passion. Together with her brother, Laxman (Sharad Kapoor), Pushpa tries to expel Sudha from of the village, but is unsuccessful. When Laxman finds out about Pushpa's infidelity, he poisons her. After his wife's death, Govind relocates to Mumbai with his sister, Ratna (Shraddha Nigam). He meets beautiful Gitika (Namrata Shirodkar) and they fall in love. One day, as Govind defends the honor of a young girl from the brother of a hoodlum, Johnny Handsome (Sharat Saxena), he generates hatred and animosity. Johnny is humiliated by Govind and swears vengeance with the help of Sadanand Kutty (Gulshan Grover) and Karim Khan Toofani (Govind Namdeo). On the other hand, Govind befriends Ram Sevak (Alok Nath), and with his help and assistance of a landowner arranges the purchase of a large plot of land so that hawkers and small shop-owners could set up their businesses. But nothing goes according to plan. The plot of land and the owner turn out to be fake, Ram Sevak turns out to be in hand with the gangsters, and Govind gets all the blame; His sister is openly raped, and Govind himself gets seriously wounded, in broad daylight before the very eyes of the people he defended. Govind is then helped by Sudha, and he decides to teach everyone a lesson. He files an FIR against everyone in the neighbourhood who witnessed what happened to his sister except the culprits themseleves. When they are brought to court, he condemns everyone for their attitude, and then tells them to be brave and fight goondaism. Encouraged by this, the entire neighborhood decides to take on the gang. They attack the gangsters with bottles when they come to threaten them in the locality, and then move on to Johnny handsome's office, breaking everything and attacking all the goons. In join Govind and Sudha to attack the gangsters and arrest them. The criminals are sentenced and everything returns to normal. In the end, though on a happy note, Govind's sister marries a close friend of the family, and Govind agrees to marry Sudha.Acteurs

Six malfrats originaires d'Inde sont arrêtés par la police de Los Angeles après le braquage d'un camion pour être interrogés. Vishi (Ajay Devgn) is a small-time crook who would do anything for money. He falls in love with Khushi (Sonakshi Sinha), a simple HR executive, who then begins a relationship with him. One day, Vishi, who frequently gets involved in fights, publicly beats up a street gangster, who later seeks a revenge attack with his gang. The gangster and his gang brutally beat up Vishi, and easily escape the scene. It is then revealed that the person they had beaten is actually Vishi's lookalike, Jai. The goons escape when they hear the siren, and Vishi is found alive on bike, then the same goons gets beaten brutally by Vishi. Khushi tries to explain to Vishi that she loves him, he understands and they both started falling in love. On another occasion, a police inspector arrests Jai and hands him over to a group of gangsters led by Pedro (Ketan Karande). Jai single-handedly kills them all and is revealed to be a professional assassin and previous right-hand man of underworld criminal Xavier Fonseca (Anandaraj), nicknamed AJ. After AJ single-handedly rescued Xavier's sister Marina (Manasvi Mamgai) from a bunch of kidnappers, Marina falls for Jai but he rejects her as he is been married to Anusha (Yami Gautam).

L'histoire se passe un an après les émeutes du quartier afro-américain de Watts, en 1992. Caine et son ami O-Dog, deux jeunes Afro-américains, entrent dans une épicerie au coin d'une rue, tenu par des Coréens, pour acheter de la bière. La commerçante coréenne et son mari les observent de manière suspicieuse car O-Dog commence à boire la bière avant de l'avoir payée. O-Dog reproche violemment au couple d'être méfiant uniquement parce qu'ils sont deux noirs dans leur magasin. Caine' et O-Dog paient leurs boissons et s'apprêtent à quitter les lieux, tout en étant agressif, lorsque le commerçant lance à l'attention de O-Dog un "Je plains ta mère". Le jeune homme devient fou et l'abat avec son arme à feu. Puis il se rue sur la femme, lui extirpe la cassette de vidéo surveillance et l'abat à son tour avant de faire main basse sur la caisse du magasin. Caine, tétanisé par la scène, s'enfuit mais il est désormais complice d'un double meurtre et de vol à main armée… C'est le début de la lente et inexorable chute du jeune homme.
