The film, featuring film score and soundtrack composed by Karthik is also being simultaneously shot in Tamil as Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum with Jai in the lead role. The film was released on 17 September 2015.

Nagendra Naidu (Nagendra Babu) is a powerful police officer. He wants to see his son Radhakrishna (Nitin) also as a good police officer. He always dreams of his son bashing the dons and get a state government's medal which should be presented through his hands. However, his wife Sarala (Kovai Sarala) wants to see her son as a super star. Then a peculiar GO gets passed by which any honest person is eligible for a Police job. As Nagendra Naidu convinces his wife that all the training that is needed for a film hero could be learnt in just three months time in the Police Academy, Sarala agrees to join him in the Police Academy. Radhakrishna falls in love with Krishnaveni (Bhavana) at the police academy. The latter too loses her heart to him. At this juncture, her photo appears in the TV saying that she was a big Naxalite leader. The actual story gets revealed with a small twist. Who created Krishnaveni as a Naxalite or did she really a Naxalite? What happened to the love between Radha and Krishna? How far, Radha was able to fulfil the dream of his father Nagendra Naidu? Answers to all these questions form part of the second half.

Chandra Shekhar aka Chandu (Nitin) is a daredevil youth and is a fearless boy. Once he comes across a beautiful girl Nandu (Hansika Motwani), daughter of a dreaded factionalist Peddi Reddy (Suman). Soon he loses his heart. He starts teasing her and wants to prove that he is sincerely loving Nandu. He tells Nandu that he could do anything for her. Then the latter tells him that he should not follow her until she calls him. In order to grab her attention, he sends his father (Chandramohan) and mother (Pragati) to express his love and let her know that they too encourage him instead of trying to divert his attention from love. Later Nandu realises that she too is truly loving him. At this juncture, Jayaprakash Reddy (Jayaprakash Reddy) goes to Peddi Reddy for an alliance for his brother's son Veera Pratap Reddy (Saleem Baig). Peddi Reddy refuses to marry Nandu with Veera Pratap Reddy. This flares up the factionalism between the two. At a time when Nandu wants to express her love to Chandu, she is taken away by her father to their village. The climax deals as to how the two meet and how the success of their love turns up.

The story begins starts with the birth of a baby girl, Nandini, in the world of feudal landlords (Zamindars) whose word is a law for the villagers who work on their land. Nandini's three brothers throw a feast in honor of the girl child. The young son of the local singer (who had died) is brought in to sing for the event. The three brothers raise Nandini like their own child as their parents had died. At the age of 5, an astrologer predicts that Nandini will bring much happiness to the family, but her marriage will be based on her choice and not the choice of her brothers. This angers the brothers and to prevent this from happening, she is raised within the confines of the house.She is home schooled and when she does go out, all the men are warned to hide from Nandini and that seeing Nandini will be met with dire consequences.

Karthik is a rich post graduate from ISB who completes his studies and comes back to India after a world tour. One fine day, he spots Nandana and falls head over heels for her. However Nandana develops hatred for Karthik because of few circumstances. When Karthik proposes to her, she rejects him point blank. Karthik's maternal uncle Pandu returns from Dubai and because of his hatred towards Karthik, he plans to take revenge by letting Karthik's parents arrange a bride for marriage against his wishes. The bride accidentally turns out to be Nandana and Karthik accepts to marry her. She is not interested but she can't oppose her father because of her love towards her father. When she tries to reject the marriage, both of their parents complete the procedures and they are pronounced engaged.

Prudhvi (Nitin Kumar Reddy) & Shashank (Shashank) are the leaders of two warring students groups in a Hyderabad college. They are fond of rugby union game and they sort the things out between them by playing rugby to prove superiority. One fine day, a local mafia leader Bhikshu Yadav (Pradeep Rawat) gets a court notice that he has purchased the land of college from its legal heirs. The groups of Prudhvi and Sashank unite together by forgetting differences to fight a united cause of winning back the land for college. After getting affected by assaults of students, Bhikshu Yadav throws a challenge to defeat his team in a game of rugby union to win back the land for their college. Karthik(Jr. NTR) returns to India after completing his graduation in the United States and his mother(Jayasudha) decides to get him married to her brother Dhanunjay's(Sayaji Shinde) daughter Indu(Samantha Ruth Prabhu). Later he joins Indu’s college to somehow convince her for the marriage where he encounters Bhagyam(Pranitha Subhash) who falls in love with him whom he misunderstood as Dhanunjay's daughter. Conflicts rise between Karthik and Indu which builds their rivalry. By the time he comes to know that Indu is his cousin and not Bhagyam, he broke up with Bhagyam because of Indu's revenge.
