Double Dhamaal (also known as Dhamaal 2) (meaning 'Double Trouble') is a Bollywood comedy film and a sequel to the 2007 hit film Dhamaal, and the second installment of Dhamaal film series.. The film is directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ashok Thakeria. It features the lead roles from the original, with Mallika Sherawat and Kangna Ranaut as new additions. The theatrical trailer of the film was revealed on 20 May 2011 along with the film Haunted. The film released on 24 June 2011.

Upon release, the film received mixed to negative reviews from critics, unlike its prequel, however was a moderate success at the box office.

Synopsis

The story continues from the previous film. The four good-for-nothing friends Roy (Deshmukh), Adi (Warsi), Manav (Jaaferi) and Boman (Chaudhary), are still conning people for a living. One day, they see their enemy Kabir (Sanjay Dutt) driving the luxurious Mercedes Benz, and disguise themselves to find out the secret behind his success. They investigate and find that he lives off his wife's wealth. They then blackmail him into making them his business partners, but little do the four idiots know that Kabir and his wife Kamini (Sherawat) along with his sister Kiya (Ranaut) have an agenda of their own. Kabir connects them with an investor named Bata Bhai (Satish Kaushik) who is also a part-time don. The four friends steal Bata Bhai's money, and the money is then stolen by Kabir and his family. Kabir leaves the country along with his family, and leaves the four idiots to get killed by Bata Bhai. However, the four friends leave the city and manage to track Kabir down in Macau. They make a plan to ruin Kabir's happiness and take their money back by going in disguise. Roy cons Kiya by pretending to be in love with her, whilst Adi pretends to be Kabir's secretary. Boman poses as a woman in love with Kabir to break his relationship. Manav poses as various characters. Though, Kabir, Kamini, and Kiya have their own plan. They caught the four of them in their act.

Vishwa (Surya) and Nilani (Preetha) fall in love, her mother doesn't approve, but goes along with it. Preetha commits suicide by swallowing poison from her ring and Surya who gets hit by a wall turns into mentally challenged with behaviour of a child.

Karan Dev Singh (Aamir Khan) est un jeune Dom Juan qui collectionne les conquêtes. Mais Priya se doit d'épouser Raj car il l'a soutenue à chaque fois qu'elle en avait besoin et Anita est le seul espoir pour Karan de voir ses dettes s'évanouir... Pourtant, Priya et Karan se donnent rendez-vous dans plusieurs mois, le jour de la Saint Valentin car si leurs situations respectives venaient à changer, leurs destins pourraient alors librement suivre la même route.
