The film stars the producer's son, Eby Kunjumon, alongside Simran Bagga with guest appearances from Karisma Kapoor, Jayaprada and S. P Balasubramanyam. After starting the project in 1996, the producer had run into financial problems and thus despite heavy promotions prior the release, the film was never completed. The producer recently pledged to release the film in 2009 but to no avail.

Ajay (Nagarjuna) is an unemployed youth who always gets into trouble because of his temper. This angry young man gets heated up when he encounters anyone committing a crime; he takes the law into his own hands, beats them up and then gives them some free advice. Ajay’s father (S. P. Balasubrahmanyam), who works for an insurance firm, is very unhappy with his son’s attitude, and tries his best to change Ajay's attitude through a meditation expert but he fails in this matter as the expert suggests that Ajay's anguish is reasonable. Ajay meets Sonia (Sushmita Sen) through his father, and Sonia falls in love with him. What Sonia likes about Ajay is his temper and anger when he encounters anything which is against the law. Sonia gets Ajay’s father's help to get Ajay to love her. Still, Ajay is not interested in her and seriously rejects her at first; but he later changes his mind after going through some unusual situations, and love blossoms between them.

The story starts off with Raghu (Raghuvaran), a passport issuing officer and his wife Shanthi Krishna. Raghu being a honest guy tells Shanthi Krishna that he cheated on her with a co-worker when he was in Goa. She immediately leaves for her mother's house. Raghu being a transformed gentleman tries to stop her by apologizing, but in vain. Raghu's brother Vijay being a good supportive brother and Shanthi's brother Surya being a non-emotive but supporting brother meet in a cinema theatre. Vijay being a righteous brother blames Shanthi to be the cause of the problem and Surya blames Raghu for the same. They keep on fighting at every chance.Meanwhile both the heroes Vijay and Surya find their own girlfriends and fall in love. One day Raghu finds a bundle of cash on his table and meets the person (Karan) who kept the money there. Raghu finds out that Karan is an MLA, wanted by the police. Karan wants to leave the country to escape from the police and he needs a fake passport for flee the country otherwise police will catch him, since his passport is confiscated by the police; He tells Raghu to get one for him, but Raghu being a sincere officer disagrees and calls the police instead. The MLA gets angry and promises to avenge Raghu. Meanwhile, Raghu and Shanthi Krishna apply for a divorce.

Prabhu (Prabhu Deva) est un lycéen. Une crainte du terrorisme, ne permet pas la fille de Kakarlal (Girish Karnad) de se rendre n'importe où sans ses gardes du corps. À une occasion, elle s'enfuit avec Prabhu (Prabhu Deva) à un festival de danse. Peu de temps après, il y a une menace de bombe, et Shruthi (Nagma) est immédiatement ramenée chez elle, et Prabhu (Prabhu Deva) arrêté. Kakarlal (Girish Karnad) interdit à Shruthi (Nagma) de voir Prabhu (Prabhu Deva). Prabhu, libéré de garde à vue, après avoir été violemment frappé, va à ooty à la recherche de Shruthi (Nagma), ignorant l'évolution de la situation. The movie starts with a fight in which Durga Prasad bashes up police for occupying the house of a poor woman. Dhanunjaya Rao (Raghuvaran) comes to know the heroism of Durga Prasad and tells him his flashback. Dhanunjaya Rao and Chandra Sekhar (Charan Raj) are the best friends. They have a kid each. Dhanunjaya Rao is a business magnate and Chandra Sekhar is a police, officer. Chandra Sekhar arrests a dreaded goon and the goon's supporters kidnap the son of Dhanunjaya Rao and hold the kid as hostage and want to exchange the kid for the release of goon. At the last spurring moment, Chandra Sekhar becomes selfish which results in the death of the son of Dhanunjaya Rao. Due to this incident Chandra Sekhar becomes an enemy of Dhanunjaya Rao. The wife of Dhanunjaya Rao gets paralyzed. Dhanunjaya Rao's aim is to kill the son of Chandra Sekhar.

The plot revolves around two fathers and their sons. Raghuvaran, Vikram's father, is a smuggler who lives in a house near S.P.Balasubramaniam's, father of Ajith. The film ends with Ajith having to choose between his lady love and the dark world.
