Synopsis

The film talks about two friends Shankar (Jagapathi Babu) and Vasanth (Srikanth) from the same college. They start out as enemies and then become best friends. Vasanth loves Priya (Mahima Chaudhry) without knowing she is Shankar’s sister, which he comes to know later. When Shankar tells Vasanth about his past, that his other sister Radhika (Priya) eloped with one of his best friend Raghu (Sriharsha). On hearing this horrifying news, then Vasanth makes up his mind to sacrifice his love without hurting Shankar and their true friendship. Later Priya tries for a suicide attempt. Through Vasanth’s another friend Guru Murthy (Ali), Shankar comes to know about Vasanth’s love with his sister Priya, and Vasanth’s readiness to sacrifice his love for their friendship. Balaramaiah (Sobhan Babu) is the head of the village, his word is an ordinance to villagers. He leaves with his wife Vasumathi (Srividya) and daughter Pooja (Rajeevi), but he strictly adheres to the caste. That's why he get read of his brother Krishna Murthy (Dr. Rajashekhar) and sister Seeta (Kalpana) because father is same to both of them, but Krishna Murthy's mother is from a lower caste. So Balaramaiah always ignores Krishna Murthy and both of them leaves by making participation of their house. Shivaji (Jagapati Babu) brother-in-law (son of maternal uncle) to Krishna Murthy comes to the village, for his help and Krishna Murthy gives shelter to him in his house. Shivaji falls in love with Pooja. Balaramaiah comes to know about this and he makes arrangements for Pooja's marriage with Antharvedi (Tanikella Bharani), son of Chintamani (Gollapudi Maruthi Rao) who always makes clashes between Balaramaiah & Krishna Murthy. At the end Balaramaiah realizes his mistake with the advice of Vasumati, accepts Krishna Murthy as his brother and a happy ending by rejoining the entire family.

Misro (Charan Raj) is a dacoit SP Chakravarthy (Sarath Babu) arrests him. Misro wounds himself and is taken to hospital for cure, where Chakravarthy is waiting for his wife Geeta (Sangeetha) who is on labor and she gives birth to twins and the doctor says that both children have reflection mentality, that means "if it pains to one other also hurts" depending on distance. Misro escapes and takes one of the twins with him, hurting Geeta. Chakravarthy goes behind him, but he could not find the child but shoots Misro. The child was taken by a lady who works as a daily labor with her husband. They have a daughter and one day in an accident at construction place were killed. The two children become orphans and they grew up, but the brother Deva (Nagarjuna) with his friend Kaasi another orphan (Brahmanandam) become thieves for earning. On the other hand, Geetha goes into coma and Chakravarthy takes her to America for the cure, where another twin Ravi Varma (also Nagarjuna) is brought up. He returns India as a rock start to give performances here. He is received by Giribabu (Chakravarthy's friend) who wishes to give his daughter Manga (Ramya Krishna) to him. But Ramya is in love with Deva. In the airport, he sees Ooha (Soundarya) daughter of Akkamanba (Annapurna) who is organizing his public performances and falls in love with her. Simhachalam (Srihari) who is Akkamanba's brother also wishes to marry Ooha. Meanwhile at home Manga advances with him thinking he is Deva only. One day in a restaurant they see each other and find that they are identical which leads to hilarious misunderstandings.

Karthik (NTR Jr.) challenges a level headed industrialist Bhanumati (Ramya Krishnan) that he would marry either of her daughters, to take revenge on her for insulting him in his interview to get a job in her company. Meghana (Shriya Saran) falls for the young man, just for the one accidental kiss he gives her. The younger one Gagana (Genelia D'Souza) too follows suit, and now Karthik has a grip over both of Bhanumati’s daughter. Competing with him is Bhanumati’s nephew (Rajiv Kanakala), whose father (Charan Raj) too encourages him to chase his cousins, and marry either of them to inherit their property. It is revealed in the flashback, that Bhanumati leaves her husband Suman, and Karthik is her nephew. How the responsible son-in-law sets his mom-in-law right and eliminates the villains from the game, is what the story is about.
