Mechanic Alludu is a Tollywood action-comedy film which is directed by B. Gopal and produced by Allu Aravind. This film stars Chiranjeevi, Vijayashanti, and Akkineni Nageswara Rao.

Synopsis

Story opens with Chiru showingup on multiple TV screens as an announcer. After a clash, he is fired from work, and he joins ANR's garage as a mechanic. Here, he tries every possible trick up his sleeve to tease his boss's daughter(Vijayasanthi) and she too tries the same. After few comic scenes also involving brahmanandam, both fall in love . ANR realizing that chiru is his enemy's son, rejects their love. Chiru manages to persuade ANR to take revenge on his father(Satyanarayana) by acting as his son and entering into satyanarayana's house. Both Chiru and Vijayasanthi confuse everyone there about their relationship, as both enter the house as siblings, but behave as lovers. After few songs and a fight in the climax, everyone unites and thus ends the movie.

Chinnarayudu (Venkatesh) the arbitrator and most respected person in a village and sees through that all the people lives happily. Gowri has debt of amount to Pasupathi for studying her sister Ganga (Haritha), she not able to repay the money so issue goes to Chinnarayudu's judgement, then situation arises Gowri has to collect money from villagers for repaying her debt and ultimately landing up in getting married to the Chinnarayudu.

The Collector of Anokhapur, Jagatpratap Singh (played by Dilip Kumar) is a stickler for law and order. However, his son, Ravi (Sanjay Dutt) believes that sometimes illegal means may be adopted in order to assert control. This causes conflict between Jagatpratap and his son. Bhushannath 'Dharmendra' Bhadbhole (Kader Khan) is a corrupt Minister of Fisheries. His son, Kailash (Gulshan Grover), and Kabza Kanhaiyalal (Anupam Kher) rape and kill Jagatpratap's maid/servant and also kill Ravi's friend. Instead of being convicted for this crime, they are acquitted because they gave fake alibis. Ravi decides to give these criminals the punishment they deserve. As Ravi knows this will cause a conflict with his father, he decides to leave home. He then becomes a police inspector. This does not heal the father-son bond as he still has different ideas about the meaning of justice. After deliberating on the statement that "the law is for human beings but not for monsters", the father finally agrees to join his son in his fight against the corrupt minister.

Inspector Ramaraju (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is a sincere police officer or who people call a Rowdy Inspector which is his titular role. The film is set in the backdrop of lorry driver's union who are compelled to work under a power-hungry owner Ranganayakulu (Raja Krishna Murthy) and thereby becoming victims of exploitation.
