Story opens with Chiru showingup on multiple TV screens as an announcer. After a clash, he is fired from work, and he joins ANR's garage as a mechanic. Here, he tries every possible trick up his sleeve to tease his boss's daughter(Vijayasanthi) and she too tries the same. After few comic scenes also involving brahmanandam, both fall in love . ANR realizing that chiru is his enemy's son, rejects their love. Chiru manages to persuade ANR to take revenge on his father(Satyanarayana) by acting as his son and entering into satyanarayana's house. Both Chiru and Vijayasanthi confuse everyone there about their relationship, as both enter the house as siblings, but behave as lovers. After few songs and a fight in the climax, everyone unites and thus ends the movie.

The film is set in the backdrop of lorry driver's union who are compelled to work under a power-hungry owner Ranganayakulu (Raja Krishna Murthy) and thereby becoming victims of exploitation. The owner acts like he helps our lorry drivers to become independent but frame them in smuggling and illegal cases. A fearless Lorry Driver Balamurali (Nandamuri Balakrishna) questions this exploitation and demands rights for the union. An IAS Officer, Collector Lalitha Devi (Sharada) and her husband SP Pradeep Kumar (Vijayakumar) also helps the Balamurali, in this regard Jayamma (Vijayashanti) is ideal as his female lead with mass oriented.

Chinnarayudu (Venkatesh) the arbitrator and most respected person in a village and sees through that all the people lives happily. There are two neighboring villages in Rayalaseema. Goons head one village and Raghupati Naidu (K Vishwanath) is heading another village. As Raghupati Naidu is peace-loving, his village is dogged by the misdeeds of goons from the neighboring village. In order to save the future of his village, Raghupati Naidu asks one male kid from each family to be given for the purpose of saving the village. Raghupati Naidu selected his fourth son Narasimha Naidu as his family's contribution towards the security of the village. All these kids will be trained and prepared to protect the village. After 15 years, Anjali (Preeti Jhangiani), the niece of Jaya Prakash, who happens to be from the goons' village who later settled in another village. Narasimha Naidu sets up a naatya ashram to teach classical dance to the students. Anjali falls in love with Narasimha Naidu at the first sight. Anjali joins Narasimha Naidu as the student and tries to make Narasimha Naidu fall in love with her.

Krishna Prasad is son of a rich man (Jaggayya), in his childhood his father younger brother (Nutan Prasad) kills his brother for the property and Krishna Prasad is driven out of the house. Krishna Prasad goes to live with his school-teacher Nagamani (Sharada) whom he treats as his own mother, she has two children, Balaram & Jyoti, of her own. Nutan Prasad tries to kill Krishna also but unfortunately Balaram is separated from his family, and assuming he is dead. Nagamani looks after Krishna and Jyoti. After 20 years, Krishna Prasad (Venkatesh) falls in love with his college friend Radha (Amala). (Sudhakar) son of Nutan Prasad turns to become a local goonda, protected by his dad by bribing the local police. Jyoti is raped and murdered by Sudhakar and his pals, and they also run over Nagamani rendering her crippled. Both Krishna and Nagamani swear to avenge Jyoti's death. Then Balaram (Siva Krishna) re-enters their lives, as a police inspector, and is bent on arresting Krishna by hook or by crook, casting doubts whether he is or not on the payroll.
