Datta (Darshan) & his friend Tingu (Komal) are small time thieves. They get in the wrong books of drug peddler Basha. During one of their thefts, datta sees ramya and falls for her. In order to woo her, Datta returns what has been stolen in her house. Also pretends to be a well educated person, polyglot and also acts as a Police Inspector. However, eventually she finds out and breaks up with him, also insulting him in the process.

Suhani (Priyamani) is very sensitive and has low self-esteem. She is troubled by everything and everyone but keeps her frustrations bottled up. One day, she is witness to an accident and she saves Krishna Prasad (Tanikella Bharani). When he recovers, he finds out that Suhani noticed his revolver, which he lets her borrow as a "favor" for saving his life. He tells her to vent her anger on anyone she hates and he will clean up the mess she makes. Suhani sets out with the intention of killing her two-faced best friend Anita (Keerti Chawla), but the attempt fails. She then moves on to her boyfriend Sandeep (Jagapati Babu), but that too ends in failure. Finally, she gathers information on a certain person who is the root-cause of all the pain in her life and decides to kill him. The rest of the movie is about finding out who that person is and why Suhani wants to kill him.

Dr. Sandhya (Sangeetha) is kidnapped from her home by a gang and taken to another location, where she is questioned about her husband's whereabouts. One of her calls reaches Shakti (Ramana), who has his own set of problems since he is on the run after eloping with his uncle's daughter Divya. Initially reluctant, he agrees to help Sandhya and drops the phone off at a police station. The cop Guru (Riteesh) talks to her but is distracted by another problem and so Sandhya has to bank on Shakti again.

Mahesh (Shakthi) returns to his family from Chennai where he is studying, for the wedding of his sister Keerthana (Saranya) who he dotes on. He starts telling her about a girl Saranya (Sandhya) with whom he accidentally meets and falls in love with. Slowly, at regular intervals this narration continues as everyone on the large household joins one by one to hear Mahesh’s love story. Finally on the day of Keerthana’s marriage a twist in the story happens as Mahesh is forced to confess the climax of his love story. When he was leaving, Saranya was brutally murdered by a rowdy. Mahesh goes after the rowdy and hacks him to death. But before he went to jail, he wanted to see Keerthana married. After the marriage, Mahesh turns himself over to the police.

The film opens with a scene of people giving police complaints of the same fraud. Police broadcast the picture of the suspect on TV. Aalwar is a traditional priest. He is devoted to his mother and sister. But the villainous elements Lal, Vincent Asokan, kill the sister and mother. Aalwar, with revenge ringing in his mind, ends up as Shiva the killer, even while working as a ward boy in a hospital. Shiva is out to make a statement against the venal forces. He sees himself as some kind of avatar — in fact, he bumps off the baddies under the get-up's of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. In climax, Shiva turns up as Lord Narasimha and bumps off the last villain by placing him on his thighs and ripping apart his bowels and chest with his sharp claws.
