Whistle (Kannada: ವಿಜ್ಹಿಲ್) is a 2013 Indian Kannada suspense supernatural thriller film starring Chiranjeevi Sarja alongside Pranitha Subhash directed by Prashant Raj of Love Guru fame.
The film is a romantic love thriller story which revolves between an engaged couple, who are chasing their dreams, first of its kind in Kannada Film Industry. It is a remake of Tamil movie Pizza, blockbuster of 2012. Notable directors Guruprasad and Chi. Gurudutt appear in the supporting roles in the film.

Synopsis

Kushi (Radhika Pandit), Pratham (Tarun) and Sharan attend an interview where all the 3 are selected. ACP Surya I. P. S. is an efficient officer who works to serve people. When he is handling a case he sees Maya. Till then he thinks he is fire and no one can touch his heart but falls in love with Maya. He meets her again in the mall but can't talk to her. He meets her again and she comes to know that he is an officer. After some months he sees her again in the school Maya will be working in the school as a teacher. Once one of the students of Maya will face a problem. So she seeks help of Surya who solves the problem. Surya will be assigned to look after the roads where the state c.m would pass. Maya sees Surya and requests him to have a cup of coffee with her but he tells no as he is on duty. Maya while crossing the road meets with an accident. Surya will take her to a nearby hospital and Maya will be out of danger. After some days Surya comes to meet Maya to her house she requests him to take her out on a ride as she was bored of staying at home. She takes him to a boat house (the place which she owns) and tells him that she likes him a lot and proposes him he first refuses and later accepts. He will be assigned to arrest a drug smuggler who is the villain of the story. He kidnaps Maya to escape from Surya but fails to do so and reaches his death.

The film starts with the murder of ex-commissioner by an escaped prisoner Kamal Ekambaram (Riyaz Khan). The story then shifts to Masilamani aka Massu (Suriya) and his friend Jet Li (Premgi Amaren) who are small-time con artists. Massu falls for Manini (Nayantara) and they subsequently fall in love. While trying to escape after a heist gone wrong, Massu and Jet meet with a car accident, post which Massu starts seeing dead people, with whom he can communicate. Jet had died in the accident and is now a ghost, too. Massu forms a group of loitering ghosts to earn money by performing fake exorcisms and extorting money from scared rich people, while promising the ghosts that he would fulfill their last wishes in return. Meanwhile, Manini who thought Massu was working in a finance company gets to know about the fake exorcisms and leaves him in a heist.

The film starts with a flashback. ACP Varadhanayaka (Sudeep) is a sincere police officer happily married and lives with his parents and younger brother Hari (Chiranjeevi Sarja).
