The protagonist of the movie is born with a divine grace of Lord Shiva (Prakash Raj) and the boy's parents are advised to name him as Mallikarjuna as he is destined to accomplish a great work. During his childhood, Mallikarjuna faces a great tragedy as his parents and grandparents are killed by a huge feline creature when they are returning from Kashi. This incident leaves his younger sister, Sailu (Abhinaya) paralyzed from the waist and hence renders her lame (Sailu had a talent for dancing before this incident). This disaster makes Malli to become an atheist.

Kalyan (Allari Naresh) is a happy going guy who works as police informer in Vizag. He reports to a local cop, Sai Kumar (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam). He falls for Swapna (Sneha Ullal)and it is love at first sight for him. who is the daughter of KP (Ahuti Prasad). Kalyan’s friend Kishore (Vennela Kishore) and cop Sai Kumar helps him in gaining Sneha’s love. Meanwhile, the cops ask Kalyan to come to Hyderabad to gather information on two mafia leaders JP (Jaya Prakash Reddy) and KP (Ahuti Prasad). KP takes care of international Don Nanda’s (Ashish Vidyarthi) illegal business along with JP. JP and KP always fight with each other which bring losses to Nanda. To make them unite Nanda sketches a plan. Here comes the twist .He passes an order JP’s son should marry KP’s daughter. While in the process of helping the Police with the investigation, he then finds out that Swapna is the daughter of KP. With her help, Kalyan is on a mission to get all the information he can on these criminals and their mafia boss in Bangkok, Nanda. Meanwhile, Swapna's marriage is fixed to JP's son Ajay (Subbaraju). He starts playing mind games with the mafia leaders. Kalyan's battle against all these odds will eventually help him bring Nanda to the justice and also win over his love.

Dhanalakshmi a.k.a. Dhana (Sneha Ullal) is the only daughter of a landlord who has over ₹50 crore property. As she lost her mother in her childhood, her father marries another woman (Kavitha). However, Dhana faces neglect from her stepmother. After Dhana's father passes away, there is no one to console her and the only friend who showed affection was Balaji. He too leaves her after she completes her schooling. After Dhana grew up, she bequeaths her father's property and her mother eyes it and wanted to marry Dhana against her wishes. So Dhana escapes from house and takes shelter in her friend's house in Hyderabad. Aravind (Yasho Sagar), son of a garage owner, is a vagabond. He comes across Dhanalaxmi and loses his heart to her. However, after a few encounters, Dhana gets caught by her stepmother and when she is about take her away, Aravind helps her from the abduction with the help of police. This makes Dhana to befriend with Aravind and she reveals her childhood friendship and tells Aravind that she is in love with Balaji and can't imagine any other in his place. After refusal, Aravind decides to go to Kolkata in search of a job and at the same time, Dhana also comes to know that Balaji is in Kolkata. They both again meet in train and accidentally Dhana misses the train during the journey. So Aravind helps her reach Kolkata to meet Balaji. In the process, Aravind gets severely hurt in the hands of a criminal, who tries to implicate Dhana in a narcotics case. Later, Aravind takes Dhana to Balaji's house in Kolkata. Dhana's stepmother also reaches Kolkata and agrees for Dhana's marriage with Balaji. When the marriage is about to take place, Dhana realises that her stepmother enacted a drama and created a fake Balaji to impress Dhana. Again Aravind comes to her rescue and at that time Dhana realises that she is in love with Aravind and the film ends on a happy note.

Meena bared fully So, he takes off his beard to assume a new identity as Deva, Prabhu's brother and proceeds to woo Indu.

Uma (Urvashi) marries Balu (Ramki), an honest civil engineer. Uma thinks that he is rich and receives lot of bribes but turns out Balu is from the middle-class like her. Balu refuses to marry her as he was already married but she compels him. When Priya meets Uma, she offers her one crore rupees in exchange for marrying Balu. Uma immediately agrees and she starts forcing Balu for remarriage. Finally, Balu agrees with heavy heart as Uma threatens to commit suicide. Soon, Balu also starts falling in love with Priya. Uma slowly realizes her mistake and wants to get Balu back. The rest of the story is what happen to Balu, Uma and Priya.
