S.P. Parashuram (Telugu: ఎస్.పి. పరశురాం) is a 1994 Telugu-language Indian feature film directed by Ravi Raja Pinisetty and produced by Allu Aravind, starring Chiranjeevi, Sridevi, Devaraj and Harish Kumar in lead roles.

This film was a remake of Tamil blockbuster Walter Vetrivel starring Sathyaraj. The Hindi dubbed version is titled Azaad Desh Ka Andhaa Kanoon in spite of being remade in Hindi as Khuddar starring Govinda and Karishma Kapoor . The film also had a Malayalam-language dubbed version titled as Super Hero S.P.Parasuram

Synopsis

Parashuram (Chiranjeevi) is a police official who is very rash and is willing to arrest his own family for the sake of the law. Harish, his brother, is caught in a blue film gang, and Sridevi, a common thief, almost becomes a victim but manages to escape. Because she is a witness, she is later assaulted and becomes blind. How Chiru protects her and how the villains try to take revenge on him form the crux of the story.

Siddharth "Siddhu "Marathe (Aamir Khan) is a Mumbai tapori, a boxing champion. Archana (Sridevi) plays the role of popular singer, and Johnny (Rajinikanth) is her ardent fan. Both of them are chased by police, Johnny hides in a forest, barber Rajini tries to pass of as Johnny by taking refuge in Archanas house. Archana gets hurt by the curt behavior of barber Rajini (in the guise of Johnny) and she is confused on the same. Finally, the barber Rajini realises his folly and unites the lovers by getting caught in the police, taking responsibility of Johnny's crimes included.

David D'Costa (Amitabh Bachchan) lives a relatively poor life in Chennai with his wife Mary D'Costa (Jayaprada) who is pregnant. He asks his friend Mahesh to look after James in his long absence. Twenty four years later, David is released, he goes to visit Mahesh and is shocked to find that Mahesh has changed, he is no longer a boot-legger, he now lives a wealthy life-style, he wants David to forget the past, and live with his CID Inspector son Vijay (also Amitabh Bachchan). David is devastated with this news, but is determined to avenge his wrongful conviction and Mary's death, so he sets about to kill his tormentors one by one - the only obstruction he faces is none other than Vijay who, unaware of David being his father, is out to protect the 3 people.
