The film was a remake of Malayalam film Boeing Boeing.
Synopsis
Jagapati Babu (Jagapati Babu) is a womaniser. He uses women for one-stand nights. He and his friend Rajendra Prasad (Rajendra Prasad) are photographers. He sees three air hostesses Madhu (Madhu Bala), Gautami (Gautami) and Kasturi (Kasthuri) airport and falls for them. He uses Bombay Papa (Ramya Krishna) for a one-night stand. He uses Prasad and Brahmanandam (Brahmanandam) to lie that he is a billionaire and Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Manisha Koirala want to marry him in front of the three air hostesses. They believe that he is a billionaire and fall for him.Acteurs

Appa Rao (Rajendra Prasad) is a bachelor who manages every day by living off the loans he takes from others. He manages to coerce the local MLA Nadendla Anjaiah (Babu Mohan) into promising for repaying his debts in exchange for the votes in Anjaiah's favor from the debtors of Appa Rao. One night, he meets a lady constable Subba Lakshmi (Shobana) who slaps him for trying to protect some rowdies who tried to molest her. They meet again and spar with each other, this time over a lottery ticket for Rs. 10 lakhs, and end up tearing the ticket. The seller (Ali) refuses to take it back instead advises them to keep the two halves with them so that if they win the lottery they could share the prize money. As luck would have it, their ticket wins the lottery and Appa Rao fakes a story about his family troubles to retrieve the other half of the ticket from Subba Lakshmi. Though aware of the pretense of Appa Rao, she donates the other half as she comes to know that the ticket didn't win the lottery and it was mistakenly printed in the newspaper earlier. Appa Rao later realises the same and confronts her, but she tells him that she sacrificed her ticket as she believed his story. As a result, Appa Rao falls in love with her and overcome by emotion, tries to kiss her, but she slaps him for the second time. Subba Lakshmi also falls in love with Appa Rao.

Bendu Appa Rao (Allari Naresh) is a RMP doctor in a tiny village in East Godavari. Though he does not have much knowledge about medicines, he uses his brain to come out of critical situations. He earns money by all means as his sister faces torture in the hands of her husband (Krishna Bhagavaan), as he could not pay the entire dowry to him. Pratap (Jagapati Babu) and Priya (Rachana Banerjee) works as creative heads in opponent T.V. Channels AAHA & OOHO respectively, they always have a tough clash. Achi Babu (Allari Naresh), Sathi Babu (Sunil) and Suri Babu (Prabhu Deva) are the best buddies since childhood. They form a band that does multi purpose jobs like acting as band of boys for marriages, professional catchers of dogs, and cremation service guys. Karate Malliswari (Gajala), another childhood nightmarish karate-skill-flaunting damsel, lures Achi Babu into love. Then she snatches Achi Babu away from Suri Babu and Sathi Babu to make him her live-in boy friend. They also get engaged to each other. Irritated by their act, Suri Babu and Sathi Babu kidnap Malliswari. They tie her to a chair and then hatch another plan to make Achi Babu believe that Malliswari is dead. In that process, they dig a 'fresh' dead body from a crematorium, pack her in the car of Malliswari and throw that car into a valley. Police confirms that Malliswari is dead and Achi Babu's heart breaks again. Then appears Venkata Lakshmi (Anita Hassanandani), the childhood sweetheart of Achi Babu. Venkata Lakshmi has another flashback . As she was staying in her elder sisters house,her husband becomes attracted to her and one night when she was asleep,he comes to her bedroom and makes love with her. When she wakes up ,she is shocked to see her nightdress open and she runs off the room. Her elder sister doesn't help her and She was in a hurry to join an Ashram run by Matasri (Shakeela). Sathi Babu and Suri Babu hatch another plan to unite this couple. At this moment, Malliswari escapes from the den. The rest of the story is all about how these confused souls are paired to give a happy ending.

Misro (Charan Raj) is a dacoit SP Chakravarthy (Sarath Babu) arrests him. Misro wounds himself and is taken to hospital for cure, where Chakravarthy is waiting for his wife Geeta (Sangeetha) who is on labor and she gives birth to twins and the doctor says that both children have reflection mentality, that means "if it pains to one other also hurts" depending on distance. Misro escapes and takes one of the twins with him, hurting Geeta. Chakravarthy goes behind him, but he could not find the child but shoots Misro. The child was taken by a lady who works as a daily labor with her husband. They have a daughter and one day in an accident at construction place were killed. The two children become orphans and they grew up, but the brother Deva (Nagarjuna) with his friend Kaasi another orphan (Brahmanandam) become thieves for earning. On the other hand, Geetha goes into coma and Chakravarthy takes her to America for the cure, where another twin Ravi Varma (also Nagarjuna) is brought up. He returns India as a rock start to give performances here. He is received by Giribabu (Chakravarthy's friend) who wishes to give his daughter Manga (Ramya Krishna) to him. But Ramya is in love with Deva. In the airport, he sees Ooha (Soundarya) daughter of Akkamanba (Annapurna) who is organizing his public performances and falls in love with her. Simhachalam (Srihari) who is Akkamanba's brother also wishes to marry Ooha. Meanwhile at home Manga advances with him thinking he is Deva only. One day in a restaurant they see each other and find that they are identical which leads to hilarious misunderstandings.
