Ajouter à une liste de filmsAnuraag is a 1972 Hindi film, directed by Shakti Samanta. The film stars Moushmi Chatterjee in her Hindi film debut and Vinod Mehra in lead roles. The then Shakti Samanta stalwart Rajesh Khanna, having earlier made Aradhana (1969) and Kati Patang makes a special appearance. The music is by S. D. Burman.
The film became a semi-hit, while doing extremely well in big cities., and won the Filmfare Best Movie Award for the year. It was later remade into the Telugu film "Anuraagaalu" (1975) with Sridevi in her first leading role. A. Bhimsingh also remade it in Malayalam as Raagam (1975). It was also remade in Tamil as Neela Malargal (1979).
Synopsis
A blind sculptor, Shivani (Moushmi Chatterjee) stays in an ashram and makes friends with a small boy (Satyajit), who is suffering from cancer. She falls in love with Rajesh (Vinod Mehra). Rajesh asks his parents to permit him to marry her, to which his mother agrees, but his father refuses under present condition. Then, an eye specialist reveals that an eye replacement would cure her.Acteurs

Dr. Deepak lives with his wealthy father, a Thakur, in a small town in India. While the Thakur would like to get Deepak to marry a woman from an equally wealthy family, he has fallen in love with a poor woman named Asha, and would like to marry her. The Thakur is displeased, and asks Deepak to leave his house, never to return. A few months later, Thakur's employee, Girdhari, informs him that he has found an abandoned child by the river bank, and would like to adopt him. Initially the Thakur does not want anything to do with the child, but when he sees it for the first time, he decides to let Girdhari have his way. Years later, young Pratap has grown up under Girdhari and Thakur's care, and travels abroad to study in order to be a doctor. When he returns he decides to work with a chemical company. His travels take him to meet a beautiful woman named Kiran, her father, and an elderly man named Doctor. Pratap is perturbed by this doctor, who seems to know him very well, and wants him to leave his job at the chemical company, and start practicing medicine in the small town where they live. What Pratap does not know that this doctor is none other than his biological father, Deepak. What both don't know is what steps the Thakur will take when he finds out that Pratap is none other than his grandson.

Arun (Rajesh Khanna) was the only son of a rich businessman Mr. Chaudhury. He was an upcoming singer, sings in local radio, mostly the songs written by his friend Srikant (Vinod Mehra). His father wants him to look after their family business and thinks singing is not the kind of job for people of their status. This always leads to friction between father and son. On the other end, Srikant leads a very poor lifestyle along with his widowed mother. He earns living by writing songs and articles. Arun frequently helps them with money as Srikant becomes chronically ill and couldn't work outside.

Pushpa (Sharmila Tagore) is kicked out of her house by her husband and his new wife. When she refuses to leave, he beats her and throws her out. She goes to her mother for help but her mother too, disowns her. When she tries to commit suicide, she is sold to a brothel in Calcutta by her village-uncle, Nepali Babu (Madan Puri). On her audition at the brothel, Anand Babu (Rajesh Khanna), a businessman seeking love, is attracted by her singing. Madhavi (Asha Parekh) is an orphan living with her maternal uncle, who arranges her marriage with someone she does not know. Blinded in love with Kailash (Prem Chopra), she runs away from the marriage procession. She discovers Kailash in the arms of Shabnam (Bindu). Heartbroken and dejected, she returns to her uncle, who committed suicide from the setback. Madhavi realizes that she has no one in life. So she decides to leave town and head somewhere. She meets her childhood friend Poonam (uncredited) who tells her about her husband's untimely demise in an accident and she is on her way, along with her baby boy Munna, to stay with her in-laws whom she's never met before. Cherchant de quoi payer la clinique privée où sa mère est hospitalisée en psychiatrie, Victor monte une redoutable escroquerie. Alors qu'il dîne dans les meilleurs restaurants, il fait semblant de s'étouffer et s'arrange pour que de bons Samaritains viennent à son secours : ces derniers se prennent alors d'affection pour lui et finissent par le couvrir de chèques. Son boulot est tout aussi surprenant puisqu'il endosse le costume d'un domestique irlandais du XVIII siècle dans un parc d'attractions historiques. Et lorsqu'il n'est pas en train de jouer les pèlerins, de s'étouffer en mangeant - ou encore de rendre visite à sa mère qui ne le reconnaît plus -, il participe à des thérapies de groupe pour obsédés sexuels.

Paris, 1928. Russes blancs exilés, le général Bounine et ses complices Chernov et Petrovin projettent de récupérer par tous les moyens la fortune du tsar Nicolas II, bloquée hors de la Russie après l’exécution du souverain et de sa famille par les Bolcheviks, dix ans plus tôt. Comme des rumeurs circulent que la plus jeune de ses filles, la grande-duchesse Anastasia, aurait été épargnée et vivrait sous une identité d’emprunt, ils décident de trouver une jeune fille lui ressemblant afin de la faire passer pour elle. C’est alors que le jour de la Pâque russe, ils empêchent une inconnue de se suicider en sautant d’un quai de la Seine. Amnésique et vaguement ressemblante aux descriptions faites d’Anastasia, la jeune femme nommée Anna Koreff hésite, puis se laisse persuader par Bounine. Elle apprend son rôle d’héritière avec zèle, puis est présentée aux membres de la famille impériale russe, exilés eux aussi à Paris.
