Synopsis
The story is about a private financer Eldho (Unni Mukundan), who lives in a hill station with his mother. His mother had become mentally challenged after she was raped by a police constable (Pradeep Rawat) during Eldho's childhood. His mother conceived from the rape and gave birth to a baby girl. Johnkutty (Jayasurya), Eldho's father is avenging his wife's death by going after the police constable and unfortunately dies.Acteurs

Changathipoocha tells the story of two aged brothers Sreedharan Nair (Nedumudi Venu), who is also the Kunnathur Panchayath President and Raman Nair (Jagathy Sreekumar), the opposition leader who are constantly at loggerheads owing differences in opinion regarding ancestral property. Sreekumar (Jayasurya), son of an idealistic political activist Achukoodam Madhavettan (M. R. Gopakumar), is determined to get a doctorate in linguistics. Although mired in poverty, he works hard on his thesis. But his life is made difficult by his research guide and his thesis gets rejected. He decides to abandon his studies and find a job. The film starts with a message "The aged aren't always wise, nor do the elderly always understand justice" Job 32:9. The story is narrated by the communist leader (TG Ravi) who witnessed it. The story is set in 1900 in Munnar in British occupied India. Harrison is a British businessman who comes to Munnar to cultivate tea. Harrison finds an able boy amidst his workers and names him 'Iyob'(Job). Harrison holds Iyob close and helps him get married to Annamma (Reenu Mathews). Harrison's wife leaves him, later he sees Kazhali (Lena) and becomes interested in her. When he finds out Kazhali's relation with Thacho, one of his servants. Iyob kills Thacho after Harrison order him to. Afterwards, Harrison takes Kazhali as his mistress and she becomes pregnant. In the time of the First World War, Harrison's business gets affected and he leaves for Britain but dies on the way. Knowing this Iyob throws Kazhali out of the house and takes over all assets of Harrison.
