Synopsis
Maharajah of Malava Kingdom was killed. The kingdom is ruled by his younger brother Rudrasimha (S. V. Ranga Rao). The son heirs the kingdom is Jayasimha (N. T. Rama Rao). Vijayasimha (Kanta Rao) is son of Rudrasimha. Rudrasimha tried to kill Jayasimha twice and to occupy the kingdom completely. Knowing about this, Jayasimha overnight ran away from the kingdom. Maharajah of neibouring kingdom was arrested by the enemies and escapes with his daughter. Jayasimha saves the Princess (Waheeda Rehman) and later releases Maharajah. They love each other. He lives in the house of valiant Ranadhir (Gummadi) with the name of Bhavani. Ranadhir has a son Subuddhi (Relangi) and a daughter Kalindi (Anjali Devi). Kalindi loves Jayasimha. Senadhipati (Rajanala) tries to control the Princess. Rudrasimha and Senadhipati jointly plan to arrest the Maharajah and Jayasimha. After knowing Jayasimha considers her as his sister, Kalindi dies in attempting to save Jayasimha. Jayasimha with the help of Vijayasimha exterminates the enemies. Rudrasimha, the traitor is killed by his son Vijayasimha. Jayasimha becomes the Maharajah and rules both the kingdoms.Acteurs

Sekhar (Akkineni Nageswara Rao), a wealthy man, goes to comfort his friend (Chalam) in a nature cure hospital. He is impressed with the services of Sharada (Anjali Devi), and the two of them fall in love. Sekhar goes abroad for higher education, and they plan to marry after he returns; however, his elders consider marrying him to Lakshmi (Jamuna Ramanarao). Sekhar's plane crashes and everyone believes him dead. Sharada's father looks after the agricultural works of Sekhar's father (Gummadi Venkateswara Rao). One day he visits their house and discovers the condition of Sekhar's family and orphaned brothers and sisters. He and the elders think that if Sharada is married to Sekhar's father, the family will be taken care of, so Sharada marries him.

Sharfunissa alias Nadira is a dancer in the Emperor’s court. She is bestowed the name Anarkali meaning pomegranate blossom, on account of her dazzling beauty. Prince Salim is smitten by her and they fall in love. Learning that his son has fallen for a lowly courtesan, Akbar is furious and warns them to stay away from each other. Howeverlove has never bowed to convention or authority. Events move to a tragic climax where Akbar sentences Anaarkali to death. She is entombed alive before Salim could reach her.

Lokanatham (Gummadi) is the proprietor of Annapurna Rice Mill, and Paramesam (N.T. Ramarao) works as Gumasta under him. Both characters compose the team Todu Dongalu and commit various crimes. One day, one of the factory employees Ramudu (Maddali) dies of electrocution. Todu Dongalu throw his dead body from the hill top without the knowledge of the other employees. Paramesam feels guilty and suffers from a heart problem, and the ghost of Ramudu tries to empower Paramesam to stay alive. Several doctors declare that he would not live more than a month, so Paramesam goes to a nearby town for peace of mind. He encounters an employee who is living an idealist life. This transforms him and he returns to the village, convinces his proprietor and sanctions compensation of 2,000 ₹ to the family of the bereaved Ramudu. This relieves him from the mental anguish he suffered. The proprietor hands over the factory keys to him with confidence.

7th century AD. Parthiban, the Chola King, dies in battle leaving incomplete his desire to be free from the yoke of the Pallavas. His son Vikraman (Gemini Ganesh) is determined to fulfill his father's dream. He is arrested by the Pallava king, Narasimhavarman and exiled to an island where he is chosen the king. Though he has banished him, Narasimhavarman in fact cares a great deal about Vikraman as the latter loves his daughter Kundhavi (Vyjayanthimala). Vikraman returns to the mainland to see his mother and is attacked by robbers. Narasimhavaraman, in the guise of a sage and who has been helping Vikraman constantly rescues him. Vikraman weds Kundhavi and rules over the independent Chola Kingdom thus fulfilling his father's dream.

The story of Maharana Pratap starts from the narrator ramanbhai who narrates the epic of Maharana Pratap and initiates the history of Mewar kingdom. When Vallabhi (gujrat) was attacked by the Maan Mori in a battle attempt, Rawal Mahendra-II died and his queen Pushpawati somehow escaped from that attack and went to Nagda area (near Udaipur). Later she died, giving her child to a Brahmin family. The son of the queen Pushpawati grew young and was popularly known as Bappa Rawal (Kalbhoj). One day Bappa Rawal met Maharshi Harti Rashi (a sage) and by the profound blessings of the sage Harit Rashi, Bappa established the Great kingdom of Mewar. Narrator Kaviraj Shyamaldas proceeds further in the story as- Rana Ratan Singh's wife queen Padmini, who was an iconic paramount of beauty in historical times, faced bad consequences due to Allauddin Khilji intrigue and deception of forceful control over Chittorgarh as well as over queen Padmini. At the end the conflict between Padmini and Allauddhin Khilji led the last queen Padmini to sacrifice herself for the self-respect and honour of the dynasty by jumping alive in the heap of fire inside the palace at fort Chittor (the activity is popularly known as 'Saka/'Jauhar').

L'histoire se situe au XVI siècle dans l'Empire moghol. Envoyé sur le champ de bataille pour affermir son caractère, le prince héritier Salim, revient au palais impérial auréolé de quatorze années de guerres victorieuses. Il y tombe follement amoureux de la danseuse Anarkali dont il veut faire sa femme. Soucieux des intérêts de l'empire, Akbar rejette violemment cette mésalliance, emprisonne la jeune femme et la condamne à mort. Le prince s'oppose alors à son père, lui contestant le droit de régir ses sentiments comme il le fait du pays. Il fait évader Anarkali, la cache et se rebelle, entraînant une partie de l'armée avec lui. L'affrontement se solde par la victoire d'Akbar qui se résout à faire exécuter son fils unique. Anarkali se livre alors à l'empereur pour sauver l'homme qu'elle aime.
