Christopher Ryan "Chris" Hardwick (born November 23, 1971) is an American television host, stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer, podcaster, musician, and voice artist. He is the chief executive officer of Nerdist Industries, the digital division of Legendary Entertainment. He currently hosts @midnight with Chris Hardwick, a nightly comedy-game show series on Comedy Central, and voices Craig in the Nickelodeon series Sanjay and Craig.
In 2011, he began hosting Ministry of Laughs, a BBC America Britcom block, and Talking Dead, a live hour talk show on AMC following episodes of The Walking Dead. In 2013, Hardwick hosted Talking Bad, a live half-hour talk show on AMC about and following the show Breaking Bad. He is also known for performing with Mike Phirman in Hard 'n Phirm, hosting Singled Out, Wired Science, Web Soup, and Nerdist Podcast, and as the voice of Otis in Back at the Barnyard, replacing Kevin James.
Hardwick talks openly about being a recovering alcoholic and has been sober since October 8, 2003. In April 2015, he revealed that he suffers from an onion allergy.

Hardwick was previously engaged to model/actress Jacinda Barrett and was in relationships with actress Janet Varney from 2004 to 2011, and with model and actress Chloe Dykstra from late 2011 to July 2014. He became engaged to model, blogger, heiress and actress Lydia Hearst on September 12, 2015.Hardwick talks openly about being a recovering alcoholic and has been sober since October 8, 2003. À New York le jeune Oskar Schell rentre chez lui, selon la consigne de son école. Tandis qu'il écoute les messages sur le répondeur téléphonique, il regarde la télévision qui retransmet en direct les attentats du 11 septembre 2001 où son père disparaît dans l'effondrement des tours du World Trade Center. Après s'être renfermé sur lui-même, il retrouve la dernière consigne que celui-ci lui avait laissée : « n'abandonne pas ». L'enfant se lance alors dans la résolution d'une énigme, comme son père Thomas Schell lui avait appris à le faire : que peut bien ouvrir la clé qu'il vient de trouver dans un vase que son père avait caché ? Qui est l'homme d'origine afro-américain dont le nom apparaît sur l'enveloppe contenant la clé ? Persuadé qu'il trouvera un dernier message du disparu, Oskar rencontre des membres de la communauté afro-américaine de New York, aidé par un vieux locataire de sa grand-mère, qui ne parle pas et ne communique que par des petits mots écrits sur un calepin.

The film follows Vincent Dooly (Andrew Bowser), an aspiring inventor who dreams of winning the Thomas Alva Edison Award for Young Inventors (or "Eddy"). Each year, he enters and each year he humiliates himself with an invention that malfunctions in one way or another. A documentary crew follows Vincent in the last year that he is eligible to compete for the award, at the same time following Martin Wooderson (Jimmi Simpson), a smug wunderkind with a long history of winning the award with dull but marketable inventions. Through the months leading up to the Eddy's, Vincent mentions (in a clandestine manner) an invention he is working on that he is sure will change his losing streak but refuses to reveal more. We meet Vincent's best friend Gunter (F.
